We were honored to release their sophomore release "Whatever, My Love" 21 years after the trio’s "Become What You Are" debuted on Atlantic Records. With their new album, The Juliana Hatfield Three has in a sense responded to its former directive to "become what you are" by making an album that is exactly what it wants to be, identifiable in its acceptance--and celebration--of the eternally unknowable and unsolvable. Over the past year we’ve been setting aside LP’s with bent corners, creases, and other minor jacket blemishes due to mishandling by UPS, USPS, and FedEx. In most cases the albums are still shrink-wrapped, meaning the vinyl inside is in pristine condition. Some have no jackets at all, while others really took a beating during transit from our pressing plant.
If you’re a fastidious collector whose LP collection must be in mint condition this is probably not the sale for you. However, if you’re looking to find some excellent gems at great prices, this vinyl garage sale is definitely for you.
