WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
We ship pre-orders to arrive on or around the release date. We can’t always predict how USPS will route a package; sometimes delivery is delayed. You can refer to your shipping confirmation email to track the package in question. If you pre-order an album along with additional items, including other pre-orders with different release dates, those items will be held for the order to ship together. To avoid this, simply place separate orders for pre-orders. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY FOR USA ORDERS?
We use the USPS to ship all orders from our web store. We provide tracking information for all orders within the United States. We’ll send you an email when your order ships. The email includes the delivery confirmation number, which can be used to track your package.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY USA ORDER?
Once you place your order, you can expect it to ship in 1 to 3 days (unless it is a pre-order item). From the time your order ships to the time it lands in your mailbox, we estimate 5-10 days.

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA?
Yes, we love our international customers. All orders shipping outside the United States are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. 

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA?

International shipping is weight-based and varies by country. If you would like an exact shipping estimate for your international order, simply begin placing an order on the web store. At checkout, the store will calculate your exact shipping charge based on destination and package weight. You’ll have an opportunity to halt the transaction before it is finalized if you decide these shipping costs are too expensive. Please contact us if you'd like to create a bundle order. Sometimes we can pack it in a way that allows for a lower shipping weight. We are happy to do our best.

   

WHAT ABOUT DUTIES & TAXES?
We have no control or influence over import duties and taxes levied by foreign governments, and therefore, we cannot be held liable for these charges. Should you require more information, please contact your local customs office for your country’s specific tariff laws and policies.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Ship times for international orders vary depending on the distance. USPS First Class Mail is typically between 2-4 weeks. Long distances and customs processing can slow down international shipping, so please be patient and trust that your package will arrive safely. If 16 weeks have passed since receipt of your shipping confirmation and you still haven’t received your package, let us know and we’ll work with you. Please note we cannot track the progress of a package once it has left the U.S.

 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We cannot accept returns on any mail order products and we cannot offer refunds, except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise (USA only). Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations. If you notice any problems with your order in your confirmation e-mail, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to correct it.

 

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please email us with a description and a photo of the item. We’ll provide further instructions at that time. When ordering vinyl records to destinations outside the USA, you take a risk that the jacket may arrive bent or with seam splits. This is not our responsibility. We ship in secure LP mailers and all product leaves our shipping department in pristine condition. Due to the high cost of International shipping, we are unable to provide replacement jackets or inner sleeves in the event they have been damaged in transit.

 

WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT MAKING A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
Simply reply to the order confirmation email you received. It has your order # and will help us assist you quickly.
