They Might Be Giants, OK Go, British Sea Power, Mogwai, The Rosebuds, Joy Zipper and so many more covered the Pixies with utter reverence for this outstanding tribute to one of the most influential indie bands of all time. Mastered by Sean Glonek (Frank Black, Kristin Hersh, Dresden Dolls).

“Probably the best Pixies tribute to date. Joy Zipper’s “Wave of Mutilation” is simply perfection. TMBG’s “Havalina” and John Strohm’s “Where Is My Mind” are well-done indeed, and Charles Douglas “Bone Machine” and The Fashion Victims “Hey” are fun interpretations that standout for me. Other notable mentions go to Elk City covering “Monkey Gone To Heaven” and OK Go’s take on “Gigantic.” Overall, a very solid effort and most definitely worth the listen.” – John Davidson
